Amal El Masri

Amal El Masri is a dedicated medical student and leader actively involved in various organizations within the medical community. Currently serving as President of the Lebanese Oncology Interest Group (LOIG) and the Medical Student Society (MSS) at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Amal has taken on multiple roles such as Treasurer and Genetic Disease Advisor for Aid Lebanon, and has experience as a local exchange officer with the Lebanese Medical Students' International Committee (LeMSIC). Additionally, Amal contributes to medical education as a trainer with The Medical Campaign and has participated in significant events including the World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH 2022) and the #HLASH 2022. Amal is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at AUB, building upon a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution.
