Kassem Kassak

Kassem Kassak is a seasoned academic and consultant, currently serving as the Director of the Executive Master in Health Care Leadership and an Associate Professor at the American University of Beirut since February 1994. Kassem has experience as a consultant with Lux-Development in late 2015, where the focus was on assessing technical and managerial capacity development of primary care services in Bac Kan and Cao Bang provinces in Viet Nam. Additionally, Kassem worked as a consultant for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from 2009 to 2012. Kassem holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Services Research Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota, along with multiple degrees from the American University of Beirut.
