Mervat Atassi

Mervat Atassi currently serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at the American University of Beirut, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mervat co-founded Dumna Sweets shop, operating from September 2022 to June 2023. Mervat's experience in media includes serving as an Associate Producer at MBC from October 2009 to January 2019, alongside a production role at MBC TV during the same period. Mervat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film from the Lebanese American University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
