Danielle Bowes

Danielle Bowes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Danielle is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at American University since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Of Development at The Fairness Project from March 2021 to August 2022.

Danielle also has experience at The Brookings Institution, where they served as the Associate Director of Development from June 2017 to February 2021. Danielle worked as the Director of Politics & Advocacy at NationBuilder from February 2016 to January 2017.

Other positions Danielle has held include Development Director at Millennial Action Project (MAP) from May 2015 to November 2015, Director of Corporate Development at No Labels from December 2014 to May 2015, and Finance Director at Nick Troiano for US Congress from April 2014 to December 2014.

Additionally, Danielle worked as a Development Officer at All Stars Project, Inc. from May 2010 to September 2011 and as an Associate Fellow at DVLF from November 2008 to April 2010.

Danielle Bowes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies at American University from 2004 to 2008. From 2006 onwards, they pursued Chinese Language and Culture at Peking University, and also studied French Language and Civilization at Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2007. Later, in 2011 to 2013, they completed a Post Baccalaureate program in Pre-Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
