Eric Schnure

Eric Schnure is the Principal at Eric Schnure Executive Communications, guiding Fortune 500 CEOs and global organizations in crafting compelling messages and narratives since September 2013. As an adjunct professor at American University, Schnure teaches graduate-level speechwriting and lectures on rhetoric and leadership communications. Co-founder of The Humor Cabinet, a political humor consultancy, Schnure specializes in strategic humor for high-profile clients. Notably, Schnure served as Senior Counselor at West Wing Writers and held various teaching positions at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University. Previously, Schnure directed executive communications at GE and worked in public affairs at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Schnure holds a MA/MSc in International History from The London School of Economics and a BA in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
