Jonathan Barley

Jonathan Barley is a Neuroscience major at American University, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently, Jonathan manages operations at AU's Fitness Centers as a Student Manager and previously served as a Member Services Specialist. Additionally, Jonathan is a Research Assistant at the ZEBRAFISH Ecotoxicology, Neuropharmacology & Vision Lab, studying the effects of Anacostia River water on Zebrafish. Experience includes shadowing in the Neurosurgery Department at Kings County Hospital, interning in Information Technology at Berkeley Carroll School, co-founding Cookout V2 LLC, and participating in pre-college programs at Columbia University, focusing on MATLAB and Neuroscience. Jonathan's educational background includes a planned study abroad at The University of Queensland and completion of secondary education at Berkeley Carroll School and MACADEMY School of Science and Technology.
