Zac Schiffman

Zac Schiffman is a seasoned professional in e-learning systems administration, currently serving as a Senior E-Learning Systems Administrator at American University since August 2021. Previously, Zac worked at Instructure as an L1 Canvas Support Engineer and SIS Team Intern, where consistent above-average performance in managing technical issues related to the Canvas Learning Management System was demonstrated. Zac's experience also includes roles in event management, such as Event Partnership Coordinator at Ravenswood Event Services and Exhibitor Relations Manager/Event Manager at Special Events Management. In earlier positions, Zac gained hands-on event management experience at Frontier Management Group and contributed to ecological research as a Research Assistant in the Clay Lab at Indiana University. Zac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
