Heddy Hubbard Ph.D., Mph, Rn, Faan

Heddy Hubbard, PhD, MPH, RN, FAAN, began their work experience in 1990 as an Associate Center Director and Senior Health Scientist Administrator at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Heddy held this position until 2006. In 2006, they joined the American Urological Association and served as the Director of Guidelines until 2012. From 2012 until their retirement in 2019, they worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Science Officer at the American Urological Association.

Heddy Hubbard, PhD, MPH, RN, FAAN, has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare and nursing. Heddy obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Care Administration from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. Heddy then pursued a PhD at the Uniformed Services University, specializing in Health Services Research/Nursing. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. The foundation of their nursing career was established at the Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing/Bloomfield College, where they obtained their Registered Nurse qualification.
