Melika Zand

Melika Zand currently serves as the Patient Advocacy Manager at the American Urological Association since May 2024. Previously, Zand worked as the Policy, Regulatory, and Government Affairs Manager for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians from December 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing programs and campaigns to enhance health policy access and reform. Prior experience includes an administrative internship at the National Institutes of Health, a legislative aide position for the Senate of Virginia, and a campaign fellow role with the Democratic Party of Virginia. Zand holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2017.
