Josh Fortenbaugh, PE, currently serves as a Water Quality Engineer at the American Water Works Association since January 2023. Josh earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing the master's degree in 2018 and the bachelor's degree in 2017.
