Cheryl Joyner

Cheryl Joyner is an experienced professional in billing and customer service, currently serving as the Billing & Customer Service Manager at American Water since February 2016. Cheryl also has a longstanding career as a REALTOR with PEZE & CARROLL since 1999. Previously, Cheryl worked as a Senior CIS at SUEZ in North America from October 2013 to October 2015, where responsibilities included tax collection, billing, cashiering, reporting, collections, reconciliation, and customer service, with expertise in tax sale laws, tax liens, assignments, redemptions, and bankruptcy. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Rowan University, complemented by education from WWHS.
