Jake Glance

Jake Glance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, communications, and media relations. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at American Water since January 2019, Jake identifies acquisition targets to enhance the company's water and wastewater services while fostering beneficial relationships with community leaders. Previously, Jake held roles as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Charleston, Communications Director for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, and Communications and Media Relations officer for the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office. With a strong foundation in journalism as a News Anchor and Executive Producer for various television stations, as well as an educational background that includes a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast News from West Virginia University, Jake Glance brings a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence in every endeavor.
