Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller currently serves as Vice President of Operations for the Military Services Group at American Water, where responsibilities include ensuring the safe and reliable operation of utility systems and managing public and employee safety. With prior roles including General Manager and Regional Director of Operations, Jeff has extensive experience in overseeing operations, maintenance, and compliance with environmental regulations. Previous positions at Citizens Energy Group and Veolia Water involved managing water main project designs and production department operations, respectively. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marian University Indianapolis, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa, and an Associate’s Degree from Des Moines Area Community College.
