Samantha Yarbrough

Samantha Yarbrough is an accomplished legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Chief Compliance and ERM Officer at The Chemours Company since September 2024 and as the Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Labor & Employment Law at American Water since 2023. Previously, Yarbrough held positions as Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Inclusion & Diversity at Nouryon from September 2019 to November 2022, and as Associate General Counsel for Global Compliance at PVH Corp. from October 2014 to September 2019. Early in her career, Samantha worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as an Associate from October 2011 to September 2014 and as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Kim & Chang in 2010-2011. Yarbrough earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2007 to 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Music (BM) from Oberlin College, with a focus on Jazz/Jazz Studies, Law, and Jewish Studies.
