Tony Loete

Tony Loete is an experienced project manager currently employed at American Water since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tony served as the Utilities Director for Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater at the City of Moline from April 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for drinking water and wastewater services to a community of 45,000 people. Tony's career at the City of Moline began in October 1990, culminating in the position of Water Distribution Manager from 2002 to 2016, focusing on the management and maintenance of a 240-mile water distribution system. Educationally, Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies/Accounting from Western Illinois University, completed in May 2021.
