Denver Ockerman has an extensive work experience history. Denver started their career as an Enlisted Reserve in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1996. After that, they worked as a Safety and Environmental Specialist in the Federal Bureau of Prisons from 1997 to 2000, where they implemented safety programs for various areas of the facility. From 2000 to 2003, they served as the Director of Safety and FDA Compliance at Scott-Gross, overseeing compliance with regulatory agencies and implementing safety procedures. Denver then joined Eli Lilly and Company, starting as a Sr. Sales Representative from 2003 to 2012, then worked in Sales and Marketing Integration/Operations from 2008 to 2010, providing support to the sales force and assisting with marketing material rollouts. Denver then moved on to American Welding & Gas, where they held multiple roles. Denver started as a Bulk Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016, responsible for the installation and service of gas equipment and overseeing distribution. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Bulk Operations, centralizing and standardizing operations procedures and financial modeling. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations and Distribution at American Welding & Gas, working closely with senior vice presidents and their teams to drive performance and productivity across the AWG network.
Denver Ockerman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Organizational Management from Midway University. In addition, in 1991-1992, they attended the University of Kentucky, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree or their field of study during that time.
