Heather Watters

Heather Watters, RN, BS, MSN, is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in clinical design and leadership. Currently serving as the Director and Team Lead for Clinical Design at Amwell, Heather co-developed programs for clinical service line analysis and implementation, enhancing telehealth offerings. Prior to this, Heather held roles at Dignity Health as a Practice Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading telehealth initiatives, and at Children's Mercy Hospital as a Registered Nurse focused on patient education. Additional experience includes positions as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor at HealthCall of Detroit and as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Detroit Medical Center. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University, and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and Management from Aspen University.
