Lance Lajoie

Lance Lajoie, LSSGB, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amwell since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lance accumulated extensive experience in telehealth management at Northern Light Health from June 2021 to May 2023, progressing from Telehealth Coordinator to Manager of Telehealth Operations. Additional roles include Policy Coordinator at both Maine Coast Memorial Hospital and Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital, and a Database Specialist at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Lance's career began at Northern Light Laboratory, where responsibilities spanned from Client Services Specialist to Senior Client Services Specialist. Academically, Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maine, earned between 2010 and 2016.
