Moira Cyphers

Moira Cyphers serves as the Director of Atlantic Offshore & Eastern State Affairs at the American Clean Power Association, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading state affairs programs to promote clean energy development across the Mid-Atlantic, New York, and Northeast regions. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Compass Government Relations Partners, LLC, and as a Government Relations Consultant at Alexander & Cleaver, P.A. Moira Cyphers has also held roles with Heather Mizeur for Governor and the Maryland General Assembly, where expertise encompassed operations, legislative affairs, and policy analysis. Moira Cyphers is an alumna of American University.
