James G. Davis

Davis joined the Board of Directors in 2002. He has served as the company lead independent director since 2018. Additionally, he is the president and chief executive officer at James G. Davis Construction Corporation, a private commercial general contractor, a position he has held since 1979. He served as the director at Provident Bankshares Corporation, a public company and financial institution from October 2006 to July 2009. Davis’s career in the construction industry has been highlighted with leadership roles in operations.
