Surya Subramanian

Surya Subramanian is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Spinneys 1961 Holding Limited, and as a Member of the Audit & Risk Committee at Dubai Holding, Surya also chairs the Audit Committee at Americana Restaurants and Americana Foods. Notable past positions include Member of the Board of Directors for DAMAC Real Estate Development Limited and Advisor for DAMAC Properties. Surya has been a Board Member at Network International Holdings PLC and DXB Entertainments, and served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Emirates NBD prior to retirement.
