Rafael Velazquez

Rafael Velazquez is a seasoned broadcast professional with extensive experience in live event production. Currently serving as Show Director for live soccer games at VISTA Worldlink, Rafael oversees control room operations for major platforms such as ESPN and Paramount Plus. As a Multimedia Consultant at Americano Media, Rafael shapes broadcast aesthetics and coordinates production teams. With a successful tenure at Univision Communications Inc. as Director of Entertainment News and Sports, Rafael has earned an Emmy award for outstanding studio work on "Futbol Central." Rafael's early career at HSN included roles ranging from Live Show Director to managing high-profile productions featuring renowned celebrities. Rafael holds an Associate's degree in Mass Communication from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
