Doug Calidas

Doug Calidas serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Americans for Responsible Innovation, where the focus is on policy advocacy related to emerging technologies. Calidas is also a Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center, conducting research on technology policy amidst the U.S.-China geopolitical rivalry. Previous roles include Vice President and Policy Director at The Complete Agency, Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Senator Amy Klobuchar, and Chief Counsel to Senator Joe Manchin III, alongside various legal positions in private practice and government. Calidas holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a JD from Duke University School of Law.
