Ivy Shen

Ivy Shen currently serves as Vice President of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Americares, focusing on innovative fundraising strategies and growth within the Development Department. Prior to this role, Ivy was Director of Global Principal Gifts at MSI Reproductive Choices, where responsibilities included developing a global fundraising program for reproductive health. Previous experience encompasses Director of Philanthropy at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières, where Ivy led a strategy raising approximately $400 million annually, and Senior Associate Director of Leadership Gifts and Stewardship at Human Rights Watch, managing significant donor relationships and overseeing revenue targets. Ivy holds a Master's Degree in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from NYU and possesses extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement, having begun the career as a Development and Events Intern at the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
