Martha Kennard

Martha Kennard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Martha'smost recent role was as Deputy SVP, Gift-in-Kind Operations at Americares, which they started in October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Global Program Operations at Americares from November 2013 to October 2023. Before joining Americares, Martha worked as Director, Gift-in-Kind Process Management at Americares from January 2008 to November 2013 and as Associate Director, Americares Free Clinics from May 2005 to January 2008. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Claims Agent at X-CHB, Inc., f/k/a Country Home Bakers, Inc. Prior to that, Martha held the role of Manager Business Processes at Country Home Bakers, Inc. from 1996 to 2004. Martha also worked as a Logistics Manager at Kraft Foods Group in 1995, Director Purchasing at Lenders' Bagel Bakery from 1991 to 1994, and as an Assistant Group Manager at CUMMINS ENGINE CO in 1990.

Martha Kennard holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Yale School of Management, obtained in 1990. Additionally, they also completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Religion from the Yale Divinity School in 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Religion from Dartmouth College in 1984.
