Nicole Laufenberg

Nicole Laufenberg has over 30 years of experience in the field of learning solutions and support, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Solutions Support at America's Credit Unions since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole Laufenberg held the same title at the Credit Union National Association from January 1993 to January 2024, and also served as a Network Administrator during that tenure. Nicole Laufenberg earned an Associate degree in Computer Operations from Madison Area Technical College between 1990 and 1992.
