David L. Holmberg

David L. Holmberg is the Chair at America’s Health Insurance Plans. Prior to this, they served as the President of Highmark Diversified Business from July 2013 to May 2014. From July 2008 to May 2014, they were the Chief Executive Officer at HVHC Inc. In November 2007, they became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Visionworks (Eye Care Centers) of America.

David L. Holmberg holds an MBA in finance and general management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, as well as an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
