Brent Brockman

Brent Brockman has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Brent is currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Americold Logistics, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from December 2020 to March 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Crenlo Engineered Cabs. Brent also served as the Director of Human Resources at New Flyer of America from 2014 to 2017 and as the Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2014. Moreover, Brent worked as the Human Resources Manager at Quad/Graphics St. Cloud from 2010 to 2012 and at Quebecor World Oberlin from 2006 to 2010. Brent began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Quebecor World St. Cloud in 2001 and held various roles within the company, including Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Supervisor.

Brent Brockman earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Human Resources & Operations from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School, graduating in 2002. Later, in 2008, they obtained a Master of Arts in Management degree with a specialization in Organization Development from The College of St. Scholastica.
