Cindy Parker has had a successful career in the cold storage industry. Cindy began their career in 1994 at Zero Mountain, starting as an Office Production Coordinator and working their way up to the position of General Manager. During their time at Zero Mountain, they also held roles as an Office Manager and Operations Manager. In 2019, Cindy joined Cloverleaf Cold Storage as a General Manager for a brief period before joining Americold Logistics, LLC. as the Director of Operations in 2023.

Cindy Parker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business, which they obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a SQF Practitioner certification in Food Safety at Americold University from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, they also acquired an Internal Auditor Certification from Americold University. Cindy'seducational background includes a Basic HACCP certification from Oklahoma State University in 2013 and a Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management certification from the World Food Logistics Organization in 2012.
