D.M. Farley, EMBA has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles, with a focus on global HR operations and strategic partnerships. They have worked in companies such as Americold Logistics, CHEP, Lowe's Companies, and The Coca-Cola Company, where they have led HR initiatives, managed employee relations, and implemented HR policies and procedures. They have also served as an independent contractor, providing HR consulting services in areas such as leadership development, performance management, and employment law. With a strong background in HR operations and a focus on driving employee engagement and organizational growth, D.M. Farley brings extensive expertise in managing diverse teams and implementing effective HR strategies.

D.M. Farley, EMBA has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Penn State University. In 2018, they received a certification in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued an Executive Masters degree in Human Resources Leadership also at Cornell University. Their high school education was completed at Hempfield Senior High School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Situational Leadership II and Building Trust from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2014, and in Human Resources Management from Atlanta Technical College in 2010.
