Rayanna Perry

Rayanna Perry is an experienced human resources professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Champlain College. Current position as Senior Manager of HR Process Excellence at Americold Logistics, LLC since April 2025 follows a role as Director of HR Shared Services Operational Excellence at Genuine Parts Company. Previously, Rayanna has held various leadership positions at Americold Logistics, including Senior Manager of HR Business Process and HR Business Process Manager, as well as managerial roles at Pandora and The Coca-Cola Company, where direct oversight of HR operations covered 22 plants across 19 countries.
