JoAnn Bartolameolli has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in operations and customer service roles. JoAnn started their career at Humana in 1992 as a Benefit Analyst and later held roles as Supervisor of Claims and Manager of Claims Processing. From 1998 to 2018, JoAnn worked in various leadership positions at Humana, including Director of Billing and Enrollment Operations and Director of Service Operations - Business to Consumer. In these roles, they managed large teams, budgets, and complex customer service operations. In 2018, JoAnn joined Optimize Business Results through Exceptional Service Delivery as a Strategic Operations Leader. For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
