JoAnn Bartolameolli has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in operations and customer service roles. JoAnn started their career at Humana in 1992 as a Benefit Analyst and later held roles as Supervisor of Claims and Manager of Claims Processing. From 1998 to 2018, JoAnn worked in various leadership positions at Humana, including Director of Billing and Enrollment Operations and Director of Service Operations - Business to Consumer.
