Rasheeda James

Rasheeda James, MAOL, is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in client services, operations, community events, and culture. Rasheeda has managed large teams, implemented new programs, and increased employee performance across different organizations such as Americor, Freedom Financial Network, Conn's HomePlus, Kohl's Department Stores, and US Cellular-Answer Wireless. Rasheeda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant and Global Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Marquette University.
