Hannah Dufford

Hannah Dufford, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Hannah currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Corporation for National and Community Service since March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for providing briefings and recommendations on various aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, stakeholder engagement, and capacity planning.

During this time, they oversaw a $13 million operating budget and supervised all aspects of budget formulation, strategic planning, monitoring, analysis, and execution.

Hannah's extensive work experience also includes roles at the Peace Corps and Holy Cross Ministries. At the Peace Corps, they served as the Director of Management & Operations, overseeing the opening of the Peace Corps office in Myanmar and managing the administrative and operational functions of the office supporting 35 national staff and approximately 120 Peace Corps Volunteers. Hannah also worked as a Country Desk Officer, monitoring administrative, operational, and programmatic issues.

Additionally, Hannah worked as a Youth & Community Development Specialist at the Peace Corps, where they planned and executed various large-scale projects and designed a life skills curriculum. Hannah also worked as a Bilingual School Liaison and Reading Specialist at Holy Cross Ministries, where they supervised volunteer leaders, designed a seven-year plan and budget, and analyzed data from a needs assessment survey.
