Denis Fedotov

Denis Fedotov has been with Magnit since January 2004, currently serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, overseeing a team of 3,260 people. Responsibilities include managing treasury functions, developing top-down budgets and strategic financial models, preparing analytical materials for Board of Directors meetings, and overseeing IFRS reporting and audits. Previous roles at Magnit include Deputy of General Director on Sales Support, where Denis managed store and warehouse replenishment, sales forecasting, and pricing strategies, as well as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of IFRS Departments. Prior to joining Magnit, Denis worked at ООО Аудит Экконс as an Auditor from September 1999 to January 2004. Denis holds an advanced degree in Economics from Kuban State Agrarian University.
