Tessa Di Mantova has a diverse work experience in various nonprofit organizations and government entities. Tessa worked as an Outreach Support Specialist at the Corporation for National and Community Service in 2020. Prior to that, they served as a VISTA Leader at Bethany Christian Services from 2019 to 2020. Tessa also worked as a Non-Profit Administration Intern at World Relief Chicago, where they supported the Volunteer Management Department through various tasks such as grant research, event planning, and community outreach.

In 2017, Tessa worked as a Communications Associate at the Los Angeles Promise Zone in the City of Los Angeles. Tessa Di Mantova completed their Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from UC San Diego in the years 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Sciences Po, where they focused on International Relations and Affairs. After completing their undergraduate studies, Tessa pursued further education and attained a graduate degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Chicago - Committee on International Relations, which they completed between the years 2018 and 2019.
