Michelle Gourley

Michelle Gourley joined Ameriflex in 2008. She is the Director of Operations, overseeing the Operations Processing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Teams. Michelle also partners with vendors to ensure teams meet Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide exceptional service to external parties. Michelle graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. She's known for her investigative and analytical skills to detect and find solutions.
