Geoff Auchter

Geoff Auchter has a extensive work experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. Geoff started their career at Ricoh Americas Corporation in 2007, where they worked as an Analyst, Advanced Supply Chain Planning. In this role, they performed daily system transactions and made operational decisions using Microsoft Excel and Oracle applications. Geoff then became a Sr. Analyst/Category Manager, implementing cost-saving initiatives and analyzing UPS expenses for multiple business units. Geoff later took on the role of Fleet Manager, responsible for managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and drivers. Geoff also played a key role in supply chain network optimization and represented the company in safety initiatives.

In 2015, Geoff joined AmeriGas as a Supply Chain Manager. In this position, they led a team of analysts and was responsible for developing supply chain and distribution strategies for a nationwide retail network. Geoff managed the Sales & Operations Planning process and utilized mathematical models to provide network optimization recommendations. Geoff then became the Director, Routing Automation and Optimization at AmeriGas, where they were directly responsible for managing the delivery organization across two routing centers. Geoff led distribution initiatives and implemented delivery software, process improvement, and business analytics to support the company's transformation. Currently, Geoff serves as the Group Director, Supply Chain at AmeriGas, overseeing the full final mile supply chain distribution and delivery support. Geoff leads a diverse employee base and is committed to continuous process improvement and strategic initiative management.
