Chris Thomas is the managing partner at Amerigo Capital. Prior to joining Amerigo, Chris served as an advisor at Concert Golf Partners and EZ Shipper Racks. Chris began their career in 2007 as Vice President at B. Riley & Co.
At Concert Golf Partners, Chris was responsible for the firm's most recent fund raise ($85 million). Chris also developed marketing materials and diligence package. In addition, they corresponded with potential limited partners, including institutions, family offices, registered investment advisers and high net worth individuals.
At EZ Shipper Racks, Chris processed proprietary and intermediary-provided deal flow, consisting of $1MM - $10MM EBITDA companies. Chris also created operating and acquisition models as well as various due diligence analyses related to the acquisition of EZ Shipper Racks. Furthermore, they successfully secured acquisition financing from senior lender and negotiated key points.
Chris has a proven track record in private equity and investment banking. Their experience will be a valuable asset to Amerigo Capital.
Chris Thomas graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics.
