Ryan Dugan

Ryan Dugan's work experience includes various roles in education and operations. Ryan started their career as an ESL teacher at BSK Academy, teaching grades 1-6 and creating their own lesson plans. Ryan was promoted to teach at Tongji Primary school, affiliated with Tongji University. Ryan then worked as a Student Officer at the International Student Center, assisting international students with workshops and budgetary components. At The New School, they were a Public Program Coordinator and Research Assistant, organizing public programs and assisting professors/scholars in organizing talks and events. Ryan also worked as an Events Programming Associate at the Weatherhead East Asian Institute, implementing logistics for public events and interacting with students, professors, scholars, and program staff. At SpanTran: The Evaluation Company, they served as an Evaluation Associate and later as the Director of Operations. Ryan was responsible for evaluating academic credentials and managing operations. Ryan then moved on to New Oasis International Education, where they worked as a Program Development Consultant. Currently, they are the Operations Manager at Amerigo Education, overseeing operations and serving as a Product Specialist and Marketing and Recruitment Manager.

Ryan Dugan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Florida State University. Ryan also holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The New School.
