April Willis

April Willis has extensive experience in healthcare management and customer service, with a significant tenure at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from April 1993 to January 2014, where various roles included Network Specialist and Team Leader while overseeing customer service representatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and conducting training programs for providers. Currently, April serves as a Patient Centered Care Consultant at Amerigroup since October 2017, building on a foundation of strong interpersonal skills and a focus on provider education and support.
