Cory Dransfield

Cory Dransfield, BSN, RN, CCM, has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the HCM Program Manager for Population Health at Amerigroup Corporation since March 2009. In this role, Cory supports external-facing Physical Health deliverables, collaborates with multiple program managers, and acts as a liaison with corporate partners. Previously, Cory led the ER Diversion Team, developing and implementing programs across multiple regions, and managed the ER Diversion Program as an ER Nurse Case Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Charge Nurse at Southern Hills Hospital and a Trauma Nurse/Charge Nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Cory holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Cumberland University and has a foundational education in nursing from the University of Kentucky and pre-nursing studies from the College of San Mateo.
