Juan Odair Melendez

Juan Odair Melendez possesses a diverse range of experience across coaching, security, and military leadership. Currently serving as Head Soccer Coach for AYSO since August 2019, Juan leads youth soccer teams in the United Recreational Soccer League. Concurrently, Juan holds multiple roles in security, including Director of Security for a Conference since 2016 and Security Professional at Meritus Health since March 2022. Previous military experience includes serving as Squad Leader for the 290th Military Police Company and Team Leader - Sergeant in the US Army National Guard, overseeing training and operations in military police functions. Additionally, Juan is the Chief Executive Officer of Melendez Enterprise LLC, a family-operated holding company, and has held supervisory and leadership positions in various security roles. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with ongoing studies at Hagerstown Community College.
