Chester Ho, MD has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Additionally, they held multiple positions at Evolent Health, including Chief Medical Officer, Medicaid; Regional Chief Medical Officer; and Market Medical Director. In these roles, they oversaw health system partnerships, implemented healthcare innovation models, and led population health transformation initiatives.

Furthermore, Dr. Ho served on the Board of Directors of Arnett Health Plans, a physician-led health plan that provided HMO and PPO products to patients in the Tippecanoe County area. Chester'sresponsibilities included serving on the board and participating in various committees.

Throughout their career, Dr. Ho has demonstrated their commitment to improving patient care, developing innovative healthcare models, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Chester Ho, MD completed their education at the Purdue University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General in 1993. Chester then went on to attend The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine in 1997.
