Jennifer Besgrove

Jennifer Besgrove has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Jennifer began their career at Preferred Family Healthcare in 2010, working in performance improvement. In 2014, they joined GEHA as a Data Analyst, where they primarily focused on HEDIS measure and CAHPS data and reporting rates/results to NCQA. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included coordinating with HEDIS auditors and NCQA inquiries, reporting to GEHA corporate leadership, and working on annual administrative and MRR projects. Jennifer joined AmeriHealth Caritas in 2018 and has held multiple roles, including HEDIS Analyst and HEDIS Analyst Sr. Currently, they serve as the Healthcare HEDIS Reporting Lead. Jennifer'sexpertise includes coordinating data feeds, analyzing and reporting on demographic, enrollment, lab, claim, and provider data, and financial data analysis and reporting.

Jennifer Besgrove earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Central Missouri in 2008. Jennifer then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Teaching, specializing in Middle School Education and Mathematics, from the same institution between 2008 and 2010.
