Kevin Lauer

Kevin Lauer, PhD, currently serves as the Behavioral Health Medical Director at AmeriHealth Caritas since November 2024. Lauer has extensive experience in behavioral health, having held key leadership positions at Molina Healthcare as AVP of Behavioral Health and previously as Clinical Director of Behavioral Health. Earlier roles include Clinical Assessment Advisor at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources and Director of Behavioral Health Services at HMS. Lauer's career also encompasses positions at OptumHealth and UnitedHealth Group / LifeEra, with significant roles such as National Director and Senior Account Director at United Behavioral Health. Lauer earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, along with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton.
