Paul Haynes

Paul Haynes is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in problem management and network analysis. Currently serving as a Problem Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2013, Paul previously held the same role at Harris IT Services, where processes and procedures for Problem Management were developed in line with ISO-20000 and ITIL standards. Earlier career roles include Network Support Analyst at Basic Commerce and Industries, Enterprise Network Architect at Kulicke and Soffa, and Network Analyst at General Signal Services. Paul also served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1974 to 1978, gaining valuable experience in various positions and locations. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Gwynedd Mercy University and a diploma from Cardinal Dougherty High School. Paul has been retired since July 2020.
