Stephanie Jeffers

Stephanie Jeffers currently serves as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, since September 2023. Previously, Stephanie worked at Finance of America Mortgage LLC as a VA and DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter in the Renovation and Construction Loan Department from December 2015 to December 2022, overseeing underwriting processes for FHA 203K, FNMA Homestyle, and 1x Closing Construction loans. Additionally, Stephanie spent over a decade at Regions Mortgage, managing document processing for VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans, with a strong focus on credit, income, appraisals, and loan document accuracy. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
