Darlin Gonzalez

Darlin Gonzalez, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2016, Gonzalez worked as the Front Of House Manager at Miami Dade County Auditorium.

In 2018, Gonzalez took on the role of Talent Acquisition Intern at Rotary International, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Gonzalez then transitioned to Amerijet International in 2020, where they initially served as a Human Resources Coordinator. They later moved on to become a Labor Relations Specialist, playing a vital role in managing employee relations and fostering positive workplace environments. Gonzalez then advanced to the position of Human Resources Business Partner, working on strategic HR initiatives. Currently, Gonzalez holds the position of Manager, Human Resources at Amerijet International.
