Laurie James

Laurie James, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Relations for Latin America and North America at Duracell Inc., having held the position since March 2018. In this role, Laurie partners with leadership teams to enhance employee relations, performance management, and organizational health, while leading a team of People Relations Partners. Previously, Laurie was the Human Resources Director at Duracell, focusing on site HR and HSE activities. Prior to that, Laurie served as the Director of Human Resources at Heckler & Koch USA, overseeing various HR functions, and as Human Resources Manager at Trinidad Benham, delivering comprehensive HR services at the plant level. Laurie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbus State University.
